hmmm. interesting. but not very useful.
perhaps, since the phrases are given in english it would have made more sense to post the phonetic pronunciations in english as well.
i feel like i’ve just been given a menu i can read but nothing on it is available

That has got to be one of the worst guides to Mandarin pronunciation I have ever encountered.Are you sure it’s not Cantonese?

True, it does look pretty screwed up. I had nice pretty accented characters that showed the tones there, but when I updated my blog recently, they all got screwed up. Any non-Romanized character went poof.
I really need to get off my lazy butt and fix it. Thanks for reminding me. Though if you had any courtesy, or knowledge of technical issues you might have done it in a more polite way.
